Tina Persels is first and foremost, mom to Adam, who is 22 years old and lives with multiple disabilities and medical complexity. She has served as an Author and Editor for the Medical Home Portal since 2012. Tina is also an advocate for families of individuals with special health care needs and has served as their voice for the past 16 years through Utah Family Voices F2FHIC and several disability and healthcare related stakeholder committees in Utah.
