Title V CYSHCN Director

Jennie Munthali, MPH, is the Title V Director for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment where she has worked for thirteen years. In this role, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the initiatives that support the CYSHCN and Child/Adolescent populations. Her oversight includes policy and systems-building efforts with Medicaid, early childhood screening and referral, and efforts aimed at improving the social-emotional well-being of children. Jennie also oversees the contract with Parent to Parent of Colorado for the Title V Family Delegate role. She is the proud parent of two young men 14 and 22 one of whom has special needs.
She holds Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Biological Science and received an MPH in Health Services Management from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
