Zoelene Hill is the Associate Director of the Center for Community Partnerships and Policy Solutions at the New York Academy of Medicine. She is a mixed methods researcher and her areas of expertise include family engagement, early childhood policies and early childhood workforce development. She is currently developing research studies to measure the impact of the Resident-Lead Research, Policy and Power (RRPP) approach on residents’ sense of self-efficacy and social-connection. Zoelene has worked on local, state, and federal projects promoting equitable access to early care and education services and supporting the early care and education workforce. Zoelene earned her Ph.D. at the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University and has a masters in Education Policy and Management.
