Sheryl Gallarde-Kim is the Program Evaluation Research Associate for the Oregon Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs (OCCYSHN), the state’s Title V Block Grant agency for children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN). Her interests focus on program evaluation and applied research design and methods, and assessing the needs of Oregon's CYSHCN, particularly those from communities of color.
