Dr. Jessica DiBari is the Senior Health Scientist in DoR/OER/MCHB/HRSA. With over 20 years of public health experience, Dr. DiBari works closely with several interdisciplinary multi-site research networks and investigator-initiated projects. She also conducts research on a broad spectrum of topics related to MCH health with a focus on early developmental origins of disease. Prior to coming to MCHB, Dr. DiBari served as a Program Analyst at the National Institutes of Health contributing to the planning and implementation of the National Children’s Study. Dr. DiBari holds a Doctoral degree in MCH from the University of Maryland and a Master’s of Health Science degree in Environmental Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
