Ms. Quinones is a Healthcare Education Coordinator employed at the Maternal Hospital Quality Improvement Network, under NYC DOHMH. She has worked at NYC Health Dept since 2006. From 2015- 2019 she coordinated the Sexual and Reproductive Justice Community Engagement Group. Jacqueline worked in social services and the public health field for 25 years. Throughout her career she has provided training on Asthma, Nutrition, Breast Cancer and Sexual and Reproductive Health for the community, healthcare providers and students. She also worked as a counselor for individuals who were victims of Intimate Partner Violence and experiencing homelessness. For about 4 years she also worked in child welfare with foster parents, birth parents and adolescents in care. Ms. Quinones has worked at Lutheran Medical Center, Metropolitan Hospital, community based organizations and day care centers. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Connecticut College and a Master’s in Public Health from Hunter College.
