The Magnolia Project
Marsha Davis is the Project Director of The Magnolia Project and has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Organizational Management from Edward Waters University. Marsha has been with the NE FL Healthy Start Coalitions for 18 years, 14 of those years in various roles with The Magnolia Project. She has chaired the Community Action Team (CAT), is a member of the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Team (FIMR), is knowledgeable in the Life Course Model, Racial Disparities, Infant Mortality and Social Determinants of Health. She has training in maternal and child health, child abuse prevention, trauma Informed care, mental Health first aid, trust-based relational intervention (TBRI), parent-child interaction, substance abuse and generational poverty. Marsha has more than 20 years working in social services and serves the community with care, concern, and compassion.
