MaryNissi Lemon is the Doula Support Program Manager with the Philadelphia Dept of Public Health’s Division of Maternal, Child & Family Health, which focuses on supporting pregnant people and parents with substance use disorder and opioid use disorder. MaryNissi attended Liberty University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Psychology and Life Coaching. Before working with the City of Philadelphia, MaryNissi was running her own business Lemonlife Doula & Birthing Services that has been supporting birthing parents in Philadelphia and greater Philadelphia. MaryNissi is a full spectrum doula, Certified Childbirth Educator and Certified Lactation Consultant. When MaryNissi is not in her office, she spends her time with her husband and 2 kiddos.
