Medical Home Portal
Mindy Tueller has managed the Medical Home Portal, a web-based resource for those who care for children and youth with special health care needs, since October 2010, and is currently Director of Operations. The Medical Home Portal is housed at the University of Utah Department of Pediatrics. Mindy has also facilitated the Utah Children's Care Coordination Network since 2015. Her background is in communications and information technology. Mindy has a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Education and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist.
