Maggie Gustafson, LMSW, MPH is a Senior Program Manager in Family Health at Louisiana Public Health Institute (LPHI). She has over 10 years of experience in developing and coordinating programs focused on maternal and child health and sexual and reproductive health. Maggie began her career in MCH as a case manager for pregnant and parenting high school students. She began working with LPHI in early 2013 assisting with the evaluation of the Infant Mental Health Component of Louisiana’s Maternal, Infant, Early Childhood Home Visiting Program. Between 2014 and 2017 she served as a Program and Evaluation Coordinator. After leaving LPHI briefly, she returned in 2018 as the Family Health Program Manager, where she manages and provides strategic direction to family health programs focused on reducing disparities in health outcomes and increasing access to health services. She is a co-coordinator of Louisiana’s Alliance for Innovation on Maternal Health Community Care Initiative.
