Dr. Roberta Christopher is an Associate Professor in the BRCHS Keigwin School of Nursing at Jacksonville University, where she specializes in doctoral health policy and advocacy projects. Roberta is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years. Dr. Christopher’s clinical expertise has centered on at-risk women and children, where she has served as a Healthy Start Case Manager and program director. Dr. Christopher holds a Doctor of Educational Leadership and Master of Science in Nursing degrees. Roberta is a board-certified nurse executive, board certified in evidence-based practice, and a certified appreciative inquiry facilitator. Dr. Christopher is a Watson Caring Science Post-Doctoral Scholar. Dr. Christopher has been published in the Journal of Nursing Administration, Cochrane Nursing Care Field, Nursing Economics, Journal of Professional Nursing, International Journal Review, and Resuscitation, and has presented numerous times at the international level.
