PATCH Program
Chelsea Aeschbach is the Director of Impact and Evaluation with the Providers and Teens Communicating for Health (PATCH) Program, providing support and leadership in all aspects of program planning, development, evaluation, and replication. She joined the program in 2014 as part of her graduate coursework...and never left! She has enjoyed being behind the scenes in all the various aspects of PATCH and being part of its continued growth over the years.
