Medical Home Portal
Athena Parker has worked in the world of children and youth with special health care needs for the last 9 years. She joined the Medical Home Portal team in January 2020 and currently works as the Services Support Manager. In this role, she helps state partners utilize the Portal to support their Title V goals. Athena holds a master's degree in Public Health, is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and is a former traineee of the Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities program.
