Candice Frude was born and raised in Wyoming. Currently, Candice is the Maternal Child Health (MCH) State Nurse Consultant with the Wyoming Department of Health- Public Health Nursing Division. She has been with Public Health for the past 10 of her 16 years as a registered nurse. All of her nursing experience has been in the MCH realm, whether it was working in a hospital obstetrics unit, pediatrics or home visitation. Candice graduated from Casper College School of Nursing in 2006. She then went on to complete her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2013. In December of 2020 Candice completed her Master's in Nurse Leadership through the University of Wyoming.
