Dr. Chinyere Reid is a trained physician and currently a doctoral candidate in the concentration of Community and Family Health at the University of South Florida, College of Public Health. Her research interests in MCH include health equity, access to care for vulnerable and marginalized populations, perinatal mental health, use of birth certificate and hospital administrative data to assess MCH outcomes, and implementation and evaluation of quality improvement programs to improve maternal and neonatal health outcomes.
