Senior Implementation Specialist

Jenna Johnson is the Senior Implementation Specialist at the Oregon Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Needs (OCCYSHN), the state’s Title V block grant agency for children and youth with special health care needs. As an organization, OCCYSHN aims to support systems of care so they are better equipped to meet the needs of Oregon's children and youth with special health needs and their families. Jenna comes from a background in health care social work and is interested in improving cross-systems care coordination and advancing work around the transition between pediatric and adult health care.
