Adolescent Health Performance Coordinator

Nicole is the Adolescent Health Performance Coordinator at the Washington State Department of Health (WA DOH), where she coordinates and evaluates the Washington Youth Sexual Health Innovation & Impact Network (WYSHIIN). She has previously partnered with young people on projects related to sexual violence, bullying, and creating protective school environments for LGBTQ+ students, and now supports youth listening and learning sessions and a Youth Advisory Council to advise WA DOH on sexual health topics that are important to youth. Nicole uses community-driven and participatory methods to serve Network partners and is dedicated to improving youth experience with and access to sexual health services across the state.
