Renee Davis serves as the MCH Catalyst Program Coordinator at Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health and Research Associate. She works closely with faculty, students, and community professionals who share an interest in MCH. Her work includes identifying MCH workforce and student training needs and facilitating partnerships between students, faculty, and local MCH organizations. She coordinates efforts related to MCH course content/development and connecting students to faculty/professionals for research/practical experiences. She manages the day-to-day MCH program activities and coordinates and implements MCH program events. She co-teaches the Overview of Maternal and Child Health course at Drexel and works closely with Dr. Turchi in developing assignments, course content, grading, and mentoring students. She also serves as co-advisor for two graduate student groups which allows her to maintain a strong connection to the students, their interests, and needs.
