After spending most of her 36-year career working with numbers, Cynthia retired from government service and now spends time learning new ways to analyze and visualize health and demographic data in order to find ways to improve services that can contribute to better health status for Guam residents. She relaxes by reading, crocheting, and caring for her cats.
