Carly Holman is a program evaluator at the University of Montana Rural Institute for Inclusive Communities a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research, and Service. In this role, she leads research and evaluation activities related to maternal, child, and infant health, focusing on health systems. She has a master’s degree in Community Health and Prevention Sciences from the University of Montana.
