Evelyn Jones, MPH, is the Reproductive Health and Perinatal/PRAMS Epidemiologist at the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) in the Office of Family Health Services, Division of Population Health Data. Evelyn is skilled in critical public health thinking, trend surveillance, and data analytics. She analyzes statewide data for the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS), Title V Maternal and Child Health Block Grant, and Title X Family Planning Program along with several other perinatal and reproductive health programs. She earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Virginia Commonwealth University and previously worked at the VDH Office of the Chief Medical Examiner as the Overdose Fatality and Fetal/Infant Mortality Review Coordinator. Evelyn's work aims to provide safe and fair contraceptive access and reproductive health program expansion through data analysis and exploration in Virginia.
