Our session provides a complete overview of running a youth adult partnership, from framework to sustainability. In this session, we will explore positive youth development tools and strategies. We will provide direction to participants in being grounded and practicing mental wellness when working with youth. We will teach skills for coping and rising to the occasion when service gaps prevent them from connecting with adolescents, provide techniques to maintain partnerships when there are limited resources, and provide knowledge and skills that help caring adults accept and amplify youth voices in their partnerships with adolescents.
