This workshop will present the Catalyst Center Workbook, a resource for Title V programs that includes didactic sections that describe elements of the Medicaid program, as well as questions to guide users through the process of mapping the Medicaid system in their own state. The purpose of Workbook is to increase Title V program staff knowledge about topics related to financing and the system of services for CYSHCN; increase Title V staff ability to describe their role in financing and the system of services for CYSHCN; and facilitate the identification of financing-related strategic priorities. The session will include an overview of the purpose and structure of the resource, reflections from participants who have completed the workbook, and a brief demonstration on how to use it.
