Evaluating PATCH's Model for Youth Engagement: Process, Outcomes, & Intended Impact

At PATCH, we are focused and steadfast in our commitment to improving adolescent health alongside and in true partnership with youth. We strive to bring youth voice into important adolescent health conversations while also providing the necessary knowledge, resources, support, skills, and opportunities needed to become healthy, connected, and thriving adults. This is accomplished through youth-driven programming, centered on strong and meaningful youth-adult partnerships, that encompasses aspects of employment, education, and empowerment. PATCH has two initiatives built on this model: PATCH Teen Educator Program and PATCH Youth Advocacy Fellowship. This poster showcases how PATCH assesses its Model for Youth Engagement, describing its intended outputs, as well as its short- and long-term outcomes.
