In March of 2020, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health launched the Pacify App which offers on-demand 24/7 access to tele-lactation support at no cost to Philadelphia residents. This session will discuss findings from a six month follow up survey and qualitative interviews with program participants on the feasibility and acceptability of the Pacify program.
