This poster session describes a creative innovation that provides leadership development for MCH focused public health nurse home visitors in a rural state.WY Hand in Hand (WHH) is a MECSH focused nurse-led evidenced based home visiting program serving all 23 WY counties.Due to the rural nature of the State, public health nursing capacity varies dramatically from county to county.WHH designed a system for reflective practice supervision by co-designing a leadership model for reflective practice nurse team leaders. Strategies for the successful implementation of this system will be presented at this poster session.
