Partnering with youth is an important component for any organization serving young people aged 12-25. This workshop will introduce participants to best practices and strategies for incorporating meaningful youth voice into already existing programs and services. Participants will explore concepts of positive youth development, high quality facilitation techniques and and active engagement tools that invite youth into the process of planning, implementation and evaluation. Participants will identify opportunities within their own organizations to utilize strategies to scaffold youth voice and provide meaningful leadership and enhancements to program and services.
