Action Learning Communities - Evaluating Community Data to Inform Solutions

While the concept of a learning collaborative is not a new one, too often its participants do not consider or fully understand the lived experience of the community they are looking to engage. By slowing down the process of solution finding, using tools such as the Results Based Accountability Framework, Action Learning Community cohort participants were able to listen more closely to the stories behind the numbers and assess their respective community’s needs and assets.

During this session, participants will hear from ALC participants on the importance of centering community data and explore opportunities to engage stakeholders with lived experience in the development and prioritization of potential solutions.
