Our mission: Upstream USA works to expand opportunity by reducing unplanned pregnancy across the U.S. We work in partnership with health centers to strengthen reproductive care and autonomy by increasing equitable access to the full range of contraceptive options.
Upstream works with healthcare partners to provide free practice transformation work offering the full range of methods, integrate policies and protocols that increase contraceptive access and reduce other administrative or structural barriers to single-visit access. Our goal is that all patients have access to quality counseling and choice, free from bias, around contraception care so they can choose if/when they want to get pregnant.
