William "Bill" Reynolds – 37 years of experience in the agricultural, aquatic/terrestrial invasive weed and vector control markets, with specific expertise as an instrument rated pilot, patent holder of GPS guidance and drift optimization system, inventor of automated droplet analysis systems, originator of MapVision, a web-based GIS spatial database technology for vector control and recipient of the first FAA authorized 333 Exemption combined with an FAA Part 137 Certificate for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) aerial imagery and the aerial application of agricultural products. Bill provides tremendous knowledge, experience, and an unblemished record in safety with the use of UAS, having treating tens-of-thousands of acres with the PrecisionVision UAS aerial application systems. Bill and the Leading Edge Aerial Technologies team design, engineer and manufacture the PrecisionVision Unmanned Aircraft Systems for aerial application here in USA, specifically for vector control larviciding and adulticiding, noxious weed, fire ant bait, algicides, fungicide, insecticides, seeding and numerous other aerial applications. Bill has co-authored published articles and attained numerous grants and contracts over the last 37 years. The grants range from the U.S. Forest Service, subcontract for Deployed Warfighter Grants, subcontractor for multispectral imagery through the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for the identification of anopheles breeding habitats in Cambodia and multispectral spatial identification for noxious weeds, specifically Lepidium latifolium, phragmites and Russian thistle. Bill was awarded the AMCA Industry Award in 2020 and continues to improve, enhance, and invent new technologies across multiple market sectors.
