I graduated from the Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. I also graduated from Capella University with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. I received a Certified District Manager certification from the Florida Association of Special Districts and The Florida Center for Public Manager at the Florida State University. I have co-chaired the legislative committee for the Florida Mosquito Control Association. I also served on the Editorial Review Board for Wing Beats of Florida Mosquito Control Association.
