I completed my undergraduate degree majoring in biology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. During my first few years as an undergraduate student, I worked on projects studying honey bee behavior. I was introduced to mosquitoes during my final year of undergraduate research and decided to continue working with them during my master's degree. My research now focuses on the ecology of native and invasive mosquito species in western Wisconsin. I plan to graduate with an M.S. of Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse during the spring of 2024.
