Sara Wilson completed both her B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Science and her M.S. in Entomology at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. She is currently working towards her Ph.D. at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Her research focuses on overwintering ecology and nectar-feeding in Culex pipiens. She is broadly interested in Vector Ecology, Public Health, and Public Health Communication. She is broadly interested in the intersection of Vector ecology and public health.
