Dr. Baldwin is currently an Endangered Species Biologist at NOAA Fisheries' Office of Protected Resources where he works assessing risks to listed species on ESA consultations. He previously spent 20 years as a Research Zoologist at NMFS' Northwest Fisheries Science Center conducting research focused on sublethal impacts of contaminants on the neurophysiology and behavior of juvenile salmon. Before joining NMFS in 2000, he received a B.A. in Biology from Reed College and a Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Washington.
