2023 AMCA Exhibitors

We invite you to reserve you booth for AMCA's 89th Annual Meeting! We will meet February 27 - March 3, 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, NV and we want you there with us! As an exhibitor you'll have direct access to hundreds of mosquito and vector control field workers, researchers, and educators. The expected attendance is approximately 1,000!



 

Booth Fee, First Booth - $1,400

  • 10' deep by 10' wide, cloth drapery material with an 8-foot high back wall and 3-foot high side walls.

  • One Wastebasket
  • Standard one-line company sign
  • Listing in the printed program and mobile app

  • AMCA Corporate Sustaining Members: $1,100
  • Non-Corporate Sustaining Members: $1,300
  • Package Sponsor Members: $550
  • Package Sponsor Non-Member: $650

  • Additional Member Personnel for Exhibitors and Sponsors: $485. After January 30th, increases to $535
  • Additional Non-Member Personnel for Exhibitors and Sponsors: $648. After January 30th, increases to $695

All exhibits must be removed from the exhibit hall by 4 pm.

Exhibitors will have access to their assigned booth space from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. Exhibitor badges will be required to gain entry into the hall during these times.

All booths must be kept open and properly staffed during exhibit hours. Premature packing and/or dismantling will not be permitted. 


Cancellation

If an exhibitor is unable to occupy and/or use the exhibit space contracted for and should that exhibitor notify AMCA in writing on or by February 3, 2023, all fees paid by the exhibitor, less a processing fee of 50 percent of the net contract price, will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if notice is received after February 3, 2023. In the event that the premises where the exhibition is to be held shall, in the sole discretion of AMCA show management, become unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with by reason of picketing, strike, embargo, injunction, act of war, act of God, act of terrorism, fire, state of emergency declared by any government agency, by reason of any municipal, state or federal law or regulation, or by reason of any other occurrence beyond the control of show management, show management may cancel or terminate the exhibition. In the event of such cancellation or termination, the exhibitor waives any and all claims the exhibitor might have against show management for damages or expenses and agrees to accept in complete settlement a refund of all amounts paid by the exhibitor to show management in accordance with this agreement.
