Debra Greenspan is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner who practices at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism where she is now part of itsTransgender Health Team. She has been practicing as an NP in general endocrinology for the past 26 years of which 24+ years was spent in the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. She implemented the VA blueprint for Transgender health at this VA facility developing a functioning multidisciplinary team by 2014. She has been a member of the Endocrine Nurses Society since 2003 and assumed the role of President of ENS this past June.
