Rich Kluckow supports a team of statisticians at the Bureau of Justice Statistics responsible for data collection on correctional populations in the United States. Prior to that he managed research at a state department of corrections, and evaluation at an international relief agency. He was awarded a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
