Kathleen F. Maurer, MD, MPH, MBA, is a graduate of Yale University School of Medicine and is trained in, and has practiced, internal medicine, occupational and environmental medicine, and addiction medicine. She spent more than 10 years as the Medical Director and Director of Addiction Services at the Connecticut Department of Corrections. She is employed by the American Correctional Association, and works as a coach on the CDMCF project, a joint effort of the CDC and BJA that is administered by CNA.
