Captain Jen Perks is currently assigned as the Training Division Commander. She began her career in 2005, promoted to Sergeant in 2008, Lieutenant in 2014, and Captain in 2018. She has been assigned to the Estrella Jail, Lower Buckeye Jail, 4th Avenue Jail, Jail Intel, Criminal Process, Custody Support, and Custody Command. Jen has an associate degree from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, a Bachelor of Science Degree from Excelsior College, and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Liberty University. She spends a lot of time volunteering for the Huntington’s Disease Society of America – Arizona Chapter and is currently the President of the Board of Directors.
