Staff wellness and retention rates are at the forefront of everyone’s minds, what should we be doing differently for women? Join this discussion with the presenters to discuss wellness needs for women, ways to build resilience, and increase retention. Women in the workforce are dealing with multiple stressors on the job front, managing family needs and often short themselves on their own self-care to meet the needs of others. One bubble bath a month isn’t enough to keep use refueled in this work. Participants will engage in discussion with the presenters on intervention techniques on how to prevent burnout and encourage staff wellness, for themselves and their workforce.
Every attendee will leave with access to a host of resilience building resources whether they have 5 minutes or 5 hours to dedicate.
