This interactive session will focus on the importance of collaborative leadership among custody command staff and medical & mental health administrators. It's critical that all levels of any operation work together to ensure the best care, custody, and control are provided to incarcerated individuals. Regular interaction that includes formalized meetings and impromptu problem-solving sessions will be discussed. The importance of date-driven decision-making and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs will be explored.
