Dr. Colleen M. Brickle had been a dental educator for over 30 years. Currently she is Dean of Health Sciences at Normandale Community College. Colleen spearheaded the effort to develop and implement two master’s level graduate programs dental therapy programs, one with Metropolitan State University and the other with Mankato State University. Colleen has received numerous awards and recognitions for her community service, teaching excellence, and educational advancements for dental hygiene and dental therapy. Her passion is to advocate for the underserved and to create a future in which everyone receives the healthcare they need and deserve. To achieve this vision, she continually promotes innovation and curricular changes in healthcare education through advocacy efforts that address needed changes in public policy.
