BEANs (Behavioral Enablers, Artifacts, and Nudges) is a critical tool that businesses use to stimulate innovation. In this presentation, we will provide an overview of BEANs, describe how we applied it in our monthly residency clinic meetings, and share our outcomes in creating alignment and engagement among our residents, faculty, and clinic and support staff. Participants will be able to directly utilize this application of the BEANs, as well as use it as a framework to develop their own BEANs in their own institutions, dental education programs, clinical sites, or work groups.
