Q: When will registration and housing be open for ADCES23?
A: Registration and housing are now open.

Q: Do I need to be a member of ADCES to register?
A: The conference is open to all. You do not have to be an ADCES member to attend. However, one of the many benefits of being an ADCES member is the opportunity to save on conference registration. To learn more about membership, view our membership page here.

Q: How many CE’s will be offered for ADCES23?
A: You are able to earn up to 21.75 CE/CME by attending sessions live (in-person) in Houston and an additional 27.0 CE/CME after the conference through On-Demand Sessions. The total CE/CME offered to Houston attendees will be up to 48.75 CE/CME. The credit listed above may be subject to change. Additional CE for viewing On-Demand sessions varies and will depend on sessions attended live in Houston and sessions that are recorded and available On-Demand. Not all in-person sessions will be available On-Demand.

Q: What are the official hotels of ADCES23?
A: Housing information can be found here. Note that MCI is the only official hotel provider associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
 
Q: What is the location of the in-person conference?
A: ADCES23 in-person will take place in Houston, TX at the George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX from Friday, August 4 to Monday, August 7.  

Q: Will ADCES23 be offered in a virtual format?
A: Yes! Attendees have the option to participate either in-person Friday, August 4 - Monday, August 7 in Houston, TX or the On-Demand option available Monday, August 21 - Monday, November 6. Session recordings will be available through Monday, November, 6. Registration pricing is now available.

Q: Will a printed conference program be provided?
A: In an effort to conserve resources and ensure attendees have the most up-to-date information possible, limited printed programs will be provided at the registration desk. We urge attendees to use the ADCES Events mobile app. Download the mobile app prior to arriving onsite for the best experience possible. The ADCES Events app is your primary resource for information onsite. The mobile app lets you:

  • View speaker handouts and take notes

Q: How do I download the ADCES23 mobile app?
A: The ADCES23 mobile app will be available in July.
