Dr. Kerin L. Burdette graduated with a B.A. Biology /D.D.S. from the University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Dentistry. She also holds a MPH- Dental Emphasis from A. T. Still University College of Graduate Health Studies. She's a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Burdette is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Pediatric Dentistry Department and Director of Office of Student Development at Texas A&M University School of Dentistry. In April 2023, Dr. Burdette plans to complete her certification as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist from the Mayo Clinic. Recently, she was appointed as a member of the American Dental Association’s Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention (CAAP).
Dr. Burdette resides in Waxahachie, TX with her husband (Eric) and Teacup Yorkshire (Rocky). Her daughter, Mariah, attends USC in Los Angeles and will graduate with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Engineering in May 2023.
