Dr. Donly is currently a Professor and Department Chair Emeritus at UTHSCSA. Herecieved his DDS in 1984, MS and Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry in 1986 at the University of Iowa. Dr. Donly is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, was on the Board of Trusteed for the AAPD, previous Chair of the AAPD Council on Postdoctoral Education, is Past-President of AAPD, and was the Pediatric Dentistry Commisioner for the Commision on Dental Accreditation. He has published over 400 chapters, manuscripts and abstracts associated with Pediatric Dentistry, prevention, dental restorative materials research and clinical utilization.
