Tamer Marzouk earned her dental degree from Cairo University in 2012. Following his graduation, he completed 2 years of general practice residency and 3 years of pediatric dentistry residency at Cairo University, the fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a fellowship in pediatric dentistry at the University of Washington, 2 years of advanced education in general dentistry residency, a fellowship in community dentistry and the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental disabilities fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is currently a pediatric dental resident at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
