MIH is defined as hypomineralization of systemic origin of one to four permanent first molars frequently associated with affected incisors and prevalence ranges from 3.6-25% of the global population. MIH can have profound effects on the prognosis of any restorative care provided for affected teeth and is related to sensitivity and dental anxiety. . In this Lecture, participants will know its aetiology, pathophysiology, level of severity, presentation and and how to treat these patients with minimally invasive treatment protocols to improve their quality of life.
