This presentation will focus on assessing and treating pediatric patients with congenital dental conditions who have malformed or missing teeth that require lifelong and multidisciplinary treatment. Clinical cases of congenital dental anomalies including amelogenesis imperfecta and ectodermal dysplasia at various stages of development and different treatment approaches will be shown to illustrate short-term and longer treatment options and goals for these patients, and strategies on how and when to collaborate and transition to other specialties.
