This course will discuss what is the best option concerning aligners, in-house aligners (DIY) or outsourcing. The indications and limitations of each choice will be discussed as well as the direct and indirect costs associated. The advantages of one over the other will be discussed using clinical and scientific evidence.

Choose for a specific orthodontic malocclusion which of the two systems works best, and to know why.
